Chef Sarah Myers of the Sprouted Chef has another fun hands-on cooking class coming to the Wynwood Yard.
We are traveling across the world and playing with Thai cuisine.
In this cooking series we will all create and roll are own fresh thai summer rolls, as well as make yellow curry paste to be used to for curried mussels. While working with a partner and starting from raw ingredients, you will use a mortar and pestle to pound way those chillis and ginger make a nice flavor packed paste. From there Chef Sarah will help you saute mussels with your freshly made yellow curry and finsh that steamy wok of deliciousness with coconut milk and serve with sticky rice!!
