Intro to Hoop Dance-
Learn the basics of hooping with Ashley Elise.
This 5 week course will teach you the fundamental of hoop dance and get you moving while having fun and working those muscles. Hooping acts as a form of meditation, it brings joy and a great sense of accomplishment. If you're a beginner, or just looking to brush up your skills, this class is for you! All skills levels are welcome.

7/1 Basics Part 1 - On body - Hoop sizes and terms, Waist hooping, Lifts, Lasso, etc.
7/8 Basics Part 2 - Off body - Passing, Vortex, Weaves, Breaks
7/15 Isolations Part 1 - Basics
7/22 Isolations Part 2 - Ghosting
7/29 Planes and Folds - Escalators, Coinflips and more!
Hoops may be provided.
If you have your own hoops, bring them all! The more the merrier, they will come in handy.
