Join us for our newly-launched Analog Nights event. Kicking off on Wednesday, February 21st and happening every Wednesday night thereafter, Analog Nights invites Miamians to park their phones and take a break for some vibrant food, drinks and conversation with special Analog Nights offerings. Here, dialing back, disconnecting and indulging over a convivial, family-style dinner is not only encouraged, but rewarded! Keep your phones stowed away while you dine with us and your party will enjoy a complimentary and decadent chocolate torte topped with vanilla creme Anglaise and an almond crumble! Kids and pooches are welcome too!
Special Analog Nights menu offerings served family-style include:
CHARCOAL’s choucroute garnie platter with grilled, locally-sourced Proper sausage, slow Josper-roasted pork belly and fall-off-the-bone pork shoulder accompanied by beer-braised, house-cured sauerkraut, tiny potatoes and grainy dijon served along sides including wilted garden greens and the creamiest Parmigiano-crusted Yukon potato pureé.
Alternatively, your party can enjoy CHARCOAL’s elegantly, yet simply prepared lemon and green olive oil-basted, Josper-roasted Faroe Island salmon also served family-style for the table along with wilted garden greens and Parmigiano-crusted Yukon potato pureé.
For dessert, delve into the luxurious brioche bread pudding decadently topped with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream, also served family-style.
