This low impact but high intensity calorie and fat burning class will dynamically have your body move in all ranges of motion as well as isometrically contract in order to burnout each muscle group. Using dance inspired positions and your own body weight this Barre-lessBarre class is bound to sculpt your body from the inside out and have you work muscles you never even knew you had! About The Instructor:
Laura-Ann Roberts is a Professional Dancer, Trainer & Fitness Instructor with 10 + years of experience in the industry. After receiving her BFA in Modern Dance from MaryMount Manhattan College, she started her performance career with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines where she danced and traveled the world to over 30 countries. Laura-Ann had the priviledge to perform at Madison Garden, the World’s Most Famous Arena as a Knicks City Dancer. She also has and continues to appear in print work as a Dancer/Fitness Model for local and International Brands. As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor she has now led classes all over NYC & Miami in facilities such as Equinox, Anatomy at 1220, Chelsea Piers and DanceBody. Her specialty is Dance Fitness but has taught many forms and styles from Cycling to Bootcamps. She strives to bring energy to push the body and mind in all of her classes and private sessions. With a focus on strengthening and toning, her classes seek to incorporate the principles of ballet and other dance methods to sculpt clients’ bodies into their desired physiques.
